And then, these losers at the previous company are so inane, they would justify all their actions as being because they are Gen Z. Well, in the two companies I worked at before this last company, there were Gen Zs I was interacting with everyday. Everyone was very high standard, very well-behaved, very ethically compliant, very genuine, very hard-working, proper people. It’s not a Gen Z thing. It’s them. They’re trying to come up with some Gen Z excuse to avoid consequences, because otherwise they’ll get hauled up. Gen Zs in other places are the way they are supposed to be, way better than people of the previous generations. That is what Gen Z is supposed to be, far more advanced in terms of ethical bearings, that’s the main distinguishing quality of Gen Zs. The losers at the previous company were just the opposite of everything Gen Z is and stands for, i.e. Bihar. Yes, they are like typical Biharis trying to fool people that Gen Zs are like that. They’re the aberrations, the worthless losers of their generation who everyone kicks to the curb, the ones who hardly seem like Gwn Z at all.
