The gen zs that can perform, have taken extra courses online, read on their own, take coaching and tuitions, they go through all the free courses online from Ivy Leagues, that’s how they know stuff. If gen z doesn’t meet the mark, lay them off and tell them to go upskill, like everyone else, before applying for jobs! Oh, and we used to stay up the whole night upskilling. Gen z stays up the whole night watching Instagram reels! They have the internet as a tool. What else do they need? If they still can’t upskill, there’s something seriously wrong with them!
