What has Gen Z been doing for the past 4 years?!!! Why do we see no results, no improvement, no basic standard, no ethics, garbage through and through! They keep buying iPhones and fancy cars on loans instead of paying for it themselves! If they can’t pay for it, why did they get it?!!! These are not things they can live without!!! First thing, at the workplace, be very, very, very verbally scathing with them if they are underperforming or not following normalcy, taking loans, buying expensive things they can’t afford, not dressed appropriately for an office. Black, navy blue, white, only 3 acceptable colours in a workplace other than on special occasions. No physical beatings, that’s wrong, only verbal beatings. They haven’t faced the discipline the previous generations did because parents went to school objecting about discipline, and now look at the disaster you have!!! In 6 months, if they can’t meet standards even after all the verbal battery and training, throw them out. Don’t accept them in new companies if they do this repeatedly. Instead, hire back the older generations who were laid off for being not in their 20’s!!! God!!! Can’t people think on their own two feet!!! If one generation cannot do anything, why does everyone stop there?!!! Just hire the der people who are within the retirement age!!! If someone wants to work post the retirement age and meets all criteria and is fit, give them a chance too. It’s already been proved that age is not a factor. The youth are killing the old with COVID-19. So, throw out the young, bring in all the older people!!!!! And they have no etiquette when talking in a professional setting, messaging in a professional setting, e-mailing in a professional setting!!!! What is wrong with them?!!! If they don’t want to change and choose to be poor, chuck them!!!! It’s not anyone’s problem other than their own!!!! It’s unacceptable that in 6 years they’ve been able to do nothing!!!! With millennials, you had Mark Zuckerberg from my batch coming up with Facebook while he was in first year college, 19 years of age!!!!! Why is Gen Z this fucking retarded?!!!! Oh my God!!!! And then their expectations of finances which they want without doing the hard work!!!! It’s their problem, let them figure it out themselves. If they can’t sing, play and write their own music, don’t listen to them!!!! Make sure Generation Alpha is disciplined in school and taught ethics, otherwise they’ll end up the same as Gen Z!!!!
