For the work Preaksha has done on my cases, she will be given nothing, because she has done nothing. It’s like an unpaid internship which lasted two years instead of 6 months, because she can’t pick up in 6 months, or even 2.5 years for that matter! This counts for the period from which her offer letter at Kamal & Co. Advocates is valid till the date she submitted the affidavit for existing my cases, provided she can provide the scans of these documents. If she wants reimbursements for anything, she will have to provide all the bills as proof. That is the system everywhere. Otherwise, she will not get reimbursed. She didn’t even submit the documents to the police and courts herself. Either it was her retarded Pisces boyfriend, or it was Advocate Asma. Advocate Asma can get reimbursed from me provided she gives all documents as proof of her husband’s medical conditions, expenditure and bills. Preaksha will have to give me Advocate Asma’s contact, since she has failed to do that also. Lakshmikanth will obviously not get reimbursed for anything because he was surreptitiously brought onto my cases!!! Even the COP was filed at Jeevan Bhima Nagar Police Station by Advocate Aryan, not her. She didn’t draft the original COP either. That was done by Advocate Nihal. As usual, she took credit for something she didn’t do. She is so stupid, I had to push her to get onto a call with me before filing the COP at Jeevan Bhima Nagar Police Station. She didn’t even meet me! I had to pay her a surprise visit at Kamal & Co. Advocates! See how big a fraud she is? She’s a megalomaniac. She has the biggest ego in the world. She thinks no end of herself when she is rubbish, as has been proved already. She and her boyfriend are both classic prodigals. And worst of all, God gave her everything! Still, she squandered it all. She still cannot talk to me politely, still lies about everything, still argues when she is supposed to listen. Does she not know that she cannot lie to client? How stupid is she? Her boyfriend is up for the death penalty. One more false word from Preaksha, and she will too. And she slowed down the whole witness investigation for Jeevan Bhima Nagar Police Station because it was too much for her. The police has no issue. And she’s always a wreck even now. She can’t hold herself together with dignity. Who goes on talking about their health? Quit the cases and get healthy first! God! Then she wants to have her own content creation business now. Is she creative? If she’s not, she cannot. Does she know speaking, content writing, copywriting, technical writing, editing, quality analysis, performance marketing digital marketing, coding, graphic design, accounts, maintaining ethics at the workplace? She’ll have to know all this if she wants her own business in this field, otherwise no one will take her seriously and she’ll be up for disastrous failure yet again. Or, she has to come up with some outstanding campaigns that will earn her industry respect. As for running a business, she has never been able to get the money from her clients. So, it obviously won’t last. She can’t freelance because she can’t get money from the clients. She can’t be a housewife because her boyfriend is up for the death penalty. Besides, her cooking is less than basics, so she cannot be a housewife even. As for law, both hers’ and her boyfriend’s licenses are permanently suspended. And she cannot do anything without her boyfriend! Her boyfriend has to submit the evidences at the police station, go to Delhi, drive her around. She couldn’t even come to India on her own when her grandmother passed away! If she had come alone, atleast her boyfriend could have gotten an LL.M. degree! And how much does submitting notarized evidence at the police station pay, which is all she has done, that too not herself? Very less, maybe Rs. 2,000. And she’s still coming up with emotional blackmail. Who will let her talk at a hearing? Not me, for sure! Anyhow she’s banned from the legal profession. Right after coming out of hostage at Malay Mitra’s relatives’ house, I soon after came to Bangalore and got a very niche job at Accenture as an Instructional Designer Analyst. And my skill sets were above expectations, to say the least. The only reason I was put on contract was because I didn’t have the offer letters for my Hyderabad jobs with me, they are in the house the mother has occupied in Kolkata in a room I have locked. No one understands why Preaksha is the utter nonsense that she is! Something’s wrong with her! She’s a mental patient. There’s no other explanation. And her greed! Only frauds of the worst nature ask for legal fees in percentage. That’s what Malay Mitra told me to do, sign an agreement with a lawyer that I would pay them 10% of my flat’s worth if they got it out of my mother’s false claims! One percent of the suing amount! Kamal Sir, his 3 seniors, Preaksha and her boyfriend are all Malay Mitra, as we can see. When I first met Kamal Sir, he said that he charges Rs. 5,00,000 per case, which is normal! That’s why I went along! Since I intend to have a charitable hospital, obviously the doctors won’t like it if the lawyers get paid extravagantly. That money can be spent on patients. Does Preaksha know how much medical everything costs these days? That’s why I want this, because poor people can’t afford healthcare. I’ll start with one place, and branch out if it goes well. Obviously I will not be running this, since I am not a doctor. I have doctor in mind for this, not from my family obviously. It has to be a doctor who is also a business-minded person, good at both, which the person in mind is. That’s why I picked a charitable hospital, based on this one person. Based on the people I have, I pick the industry. Somebody has to run it. I just pay for it. When Jayashree and me went to work in Bengali theatre, we both accepted not getting paid, because we were both amateurs, and she has to train us totally. How did she manage in such less time? Obviously we were blasted to smithereens. This is how people get paid everywhere, in all industries, you are paid on the basis of your performance, competence, ability. No ability, no pay. That too, we got taught everything for free in Bengi theatre. You have to pay fees normally for classes, courses, degrees. That too, I had to teach Preaksha everything, for free, and she and her boyfriend (Again she couldn’t do anything without him!) still didn’t get full funding, a scholarship or both! Only losers like Sreejita (incestuous) go for higher studies abroad without full funding, a scholarship or both. That’s why she has such d-grade jobs. It’s not like she’s in coding! Preaksha can’t work in anything, because anything happens in her family, she quits work, which is what she did with her LL.M. And she spent Rs. 5,00,000 in plane fare atleast! That was the total money my father left me when he passed away! That lasted for years! I still haven’t touched his Citibank amount! I’ve never seen someone spend money like this! She’s a mental patient. And she wasted Rs. 2,00,000 from my gold loan! Then she bought her cousin a Rs. 10,000 gift from my Amazon Pay Later! Then I had no food, medicines or inhalers because of her! Then I had to buy 10 days of antibiotics and other medicines because I fell so ill with no food, medicines and inhalers! Obviously! Why didn’t she just tell her cousin she couldn’t afford the gift. Why did she teach her 10-year old cousin the wrong thing? That’s what everyone in my family has always done with me when I was a minor, even the mother’s family! She’s a psychopath! Then she crashed my Amazon Pay Later account, took Rs. 8,000 from me after lying that she was filing an affidavit to have my two paternal aunts fund the cases, then gave it to her friend! She’s returned just Rs. 2,000 from that! How could she lie about something so big? One wrong word out of her, she will be sentenced to death! I cannot express how much I hate her! Worst lawyer ever! Garbage! She’s a disaster with money! Her boyfriend’s even worse! He bought a car on a Rs. 25 lakhs loan! Why does he need a car, that too a big fancy one? Why can’t he use the bare minimum, a scooty? He bought a whole building on a loan! Why does he need a building! He just needs a flat! Now he’s put the building on rent! Yup, that’s Pisces and their sense of finance! The mother sold her house in California for diamonds, and now look at her! That’s why Preaksha’s boyfriend is up for the death penalty. He’s not making it out alive. It’s pretty obvious why these two are so poor. No one trust them with financial issues!
